Sıla completed her nutrition and dietetics education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Health Sciences with a degree. She started working in a private polyclinic for a year. Simultaneously with her university education, she did internships in different health centers in Ankara and İzmir. At the same time, she did her compulsory internship in institutions including Hacettepe University hospitals and made presentations on "Nutrition for Diseases" to health officials during this period. During her undergraduate education, she successfully completed a seminar on one of the functional healing herbal active ingredients and successfully completed her thesis on the effects of stress on nutritional tendencies.
While advancing in her professional life, she attended trainings on functional medicine perspective. She continues her dietitian duty at Medical Point İzmir Hospital, Healthy Life & Functional Medicine Unit.
